Leverage the collective wisdom for driving change and innovation towards the achievement of gender equality in the workplace

Start new conversations around gender-related issues such as the future of work, organizational transformation, new masculinities, diversity management and others

Share experiences and lessons learned to overcome gender inequalities the business world

Build partnerships among governments, private sector and trade unions, to foster public policy development and accelerate the elimination of gender gaps at work
