María Elena Sanz Ibarra is organizations psychologist of University Complutense of Madrid. Holds a Diploma in Directive Role of University Autónoma of Barcelona and in Management (PDD) of IESE – University of Navarra. She is certified in Human Change Management of Cranfield University in UK.

Mrs. Sanz has more than 20 years of professional experience related with areas of human resources, sustainability, corporate reputation, change management and organizational development in top multinational companies of industries like tourism, information technology, water, mining and metals.

She lives in Chile permanently since july of 2010, within this period of time she has held first level executive positions and has joined in its transformational and innovative processes to chilean companies of public and private sector like Aguas Andinas and Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications.

Since april of 2014 she is Vice-president of People and Sustainability of CAP Group, main mining-metallurgical group of Pacific Coast.

In 2015, she was distinguished as one of 100 leading women by newspaper El Mercurio and Entrepreneurial women.

Nowadays Mrs. Sanz is also adviser of SOFOFA, Director of ACCION Companies, Vice-president of Global Compact, mentor of Comunidad Mujer, Director of +Mujeres and Director of Promociona Chile.
