PhD in International Law at the University of Turin, Italy. In the International Training Center of the ILO in Turin she has led activities for workers in Latin America, Lusofona Africa and she has been responsible for the promotion of gender equality during 15 years. Since 2008, she has worked in the Regional Office of the ILO in Lima as a regional specialist for the Bureau for Workers’ Activities. She has published extensively in all the strategic areas of decent work: rights, employment, social protection and social dialogue with emphasis on equality clauses in collective bargaining.
