Elizabeth Guerrero Caviedes, Chilean. Social Worker and Master in Government and Public Management and in Political and Social Sciences. She has specialized in the analysis and implementation of gender mainstreaming strategies in public policies, with emphasis on gender mainstreaming strategies. She has been a teacher and researcher at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences – FLACSO Chile. She currently works as a Gender Specialist in the United Nations Development Program – UNDP – Chile.
