Fernanda Calvillo holds a degree in Humanistic and Social Studies with postgraduate and specialty studies in Mexico, Spain and the United States in the areas of Equity, Development and Human Resources. She has global experience in diversity and inclusion, processes of adoption of culture in new acquisitions, internal communication, development and training.
She is passionate about leading transformation processes through people. She has collaborated with institutions such as UNESCO and Techint Group, and is currently the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Grupo Bimbo, the most important bakery in the world with presence in 32 countries and with more than 137,000 employees. In addition, as of this year she is a mentor in the startup acceleration project Mass Challenge.
