Professor and Bachelor in History of the Metropolitan University of Education Sciences (UMCE).
He has a postgraduate degree in Public Management from the University of Chile, an MBA in General Business Management from the Business School, IEDE and Doctor (c) in Administration of the University of Leyda, Spain.
Between 1997 and 2004 he held various positions in the Institute for Pension Standardization (INP), becoming general manager of INP Sector Active. Between 2005 and June 2008 he served as superintendent of Social Security. Prior to his arrival at ENAP, he was a corporate manager of People in the Chilean Security Association (ACHS). He joined the company as Human Resources manager on July 20, 2015.
