Marcelo Vasquez has 12 years of experience in Human Resources and is an Ontological Coach and Assistant of Newfield Networks. He has developed his career in large multinational companies with directing programmes for 40,000 employees, from retail divisions of large companies such as Home Depot, Walmart and currently the French company, Sodexo. Within these programmes it is worth highlighting his involvement in projects such as: Walton Intitute, Sodexo’s Change Management, Corporate University and implementation of Diversity Strategy and Inclusion for Latin America.
At Sodexo, a company present in 80 countries with more than 450 employees around the world, he is the Director of Training, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion areas for Latin America (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Costa Rica) with a focus on the dimensions of Gender Equality, Gender Violence, Inclusion of people with disabilities, and Generation of inclusive environments for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, policies for migrants, ethnic groups, etc.
