Patricia Cossani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She works in Social Development Ministry of Uruguay since 2007. 
Between 2010 and 2015 from General Coordination of Social Politics Direction at that Ministry, she led the beginnings of Care System in Uruguay.
Since 2015, Mrs Cossani is part of Uruguay Care Secretary created through law that sets in motion Integrated Care System in this country. Nowadays she works there as National Assistant Secretary.
