Vinita is working at Oracle America as a Vice President of Release Engineering. She manages product releases of Oracle Management Cloud which offers services on Oracle Public Cloud for monitoring and analytics of Oracle and non-Oracle products using various technologies including Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Prior to Oracle Vinita had accomplished career in Software Development and Program Management working for companies like Siemens, Microsoft, VMWare and Sybase in positions.
Vinita has completed her bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VNIT (Visvavaraya National Institute of Technology), India, with #1 rank amongst graduating class.
Vinita was recognized by Business Insider raking her at #14 amongst “26 of the most powerful female engineers of 2016”.
In March 2016, Vinita also appeared on EE (Electronics Engineer) Times column on “Celebrating Women in Electronics”. She was one of 6 Women Engineers across United States holding Executive positions.
Vinita was invited as a keynote speaker and delivered keynotes at various conferences including InfoCamp 2016, technology conference organized by U.C. Berkeley, CA, USA and Tryst organized in Feb 2017 by Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. Vinita has also delivered inspirational talks for young women engineers within Oracle as well other companies around San Francisco Bay Area. Just recently, she was invited to talk to women engineers at GoogleX and NetSkope.
Vinita also has a passion for voluntary work. She has been a Lead Fundraising Coach for American Heart Association on behalf of Oracle for last 3 years. She is also working for TieCon as a Registration Lead for last 12 years.
