Yolima is Economist, specialized in Government and Public Politics with more than 12 years of experience working in public sector with national and territorial entities. In Bolívar (Department of Colombia) Yolima supported the process of making and developing Women, Child and Teenage Departamental Politics, and joined projects and programs of characterizing and income generation of vulnerable population. Nowadays she`s Advisor in the office of Colombian Labour Minister, leading Internal Working Group for conflict victims and labour equity with gender perspective of Colombia Ministry of Labour, which goal is generating capabilities in vulnerable population.
