Responsible for Diversity & Inclusion, Renata coordinates projects to value differences at PwC, with priority actions on gender (equality of opportunities and women in leadership), unconscious bias, and people with disabilities (sustainable inclusion).
She also heads the Talent Management Department, leading the professional development and feedback, learning and development and global mobility strategy and processes.
Having earned degrees in speech therapy at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and business management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, she holds a postgraduate degree in People Management from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado.
Renata joined PwC as a campus hire in 2005, working in the area of Advisory Consulting – People and Change, attending external clients. After four years, Ms. Franco shifted her career to support internal clients, acting as a Human Capital Business Partner for tax practice. She has been leading D&I since 2015, being an active voice both inside and outside the firm.
